Peete River Farm

This was a personal project that began with a vision. My husband has a passion for the mountains, while I’m drawn to the lake, so we decided to combine our inspirations. I stumbled upon a lot that had been sitting on the market for quite a while. As someone in real estate, I recognized its potential—boasting deep water, stunning main lake views, a sought-after neighborhood, and plenty of character. I decided to buy it, and the journey unfolded from there!

We enlisted designer Clay Narron to create plans that embraced the natural rock formation on the property, and then Hayes Construction brought our ideas to fruition. While designing the home, I carefully considered design trends and color palettes, along with the feedback from my clients about their ideal lake house. The result was a stunning residence featuring double family living spaces, two primary suites, and much more. We sold the house in 2025 to a delightful family, and now we’re ready to dive into our next project!
